Spirit will do what they can to ease our path. I always ask spirit for protection for my family, especially while I’m away on the road touring. I say a little prayer before I go, asking that they be kept safe. When I’m driving long distances or going out fishing or diving, I imagine the car or boat bathed in protective white light, and I know that spirit is looking after me. You, too, can ask spirit to watch over you and your loved ones.

Be patient. In this fast-paced world we want everything to happen right away, but if you just let go and accept that things will happen when they’re supposed to, life will go so much more smoothly.
